HEALTH in BEHAVIOR, was designed, created, and nurtured by Psychologist, Felicia Jones a Behavior Intervention Specialist working with a team consisting of talented professional members who design and implement psychometrics data, as well as applied organizational solutions which provide numerous benefits for various enterprises. We are passionate and committed in regards to productive behavioral health in the workplace, and we understand and appreciate that an organization and its organizational building blocks are only as good as the people who are willing to believe and share the company's vision and goals.
The organizational and social model of HEALTH in BEHAVIOR encompasses Psychological Analytical Data used in conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Workshops (1, 11, and 111) as the ground basis for providing employers and their human resource team a more intricate and succinct guideline needed to build a solid and more coefficient employer to employee ratio working format.
As the founding CEO and Director of HEALTH in BEHAVIOR, Felicia Jones has successfully been implementing cognitive working solutions since 2009. Also, in working with individual and small business arenas, Ms. Jones conducts her analysis in cooperation with Neuroscientists, Medical Doctors, Dieticians, and Organizational Research Developers all geared to improving a more active, cohesive, and efficient global economy.

As a Psychologist, Behavior Intervention Specialist, as well as the founding CEO and Director of HEALTH in BEHAVIOR, Felicia Jones has been successfully implementing cognitive working solutions since 2009 for individual and small business arenas. In addition, HEALTH in BEHAVIOR also works in cooperation with Neuroscientists, Medical Doctors, and Organizational Research Developers all geared to improving a more active and efficient global economy. Furthermore, as an added measure to Mrs. Jones professional career, her personal outreach and humanitarian duties include providing minority adults with private and group sessions related to improving cognition in better health and nutrition to prevent high-blood pressure, lessen stress, and eliminate diabetes, as well as provide self-worth and self-esteem workshops to “Women of Abuse” which assists in improving their chances of better employment opportunities and personal career advancements. Also, Mrs. Jones love of children has given her the opportunity to successfully collaborate with the Organizations such as LINKS, and The 100 Black Men Organization to help further the S.T.E.M. Project for minority and gifted children in the form of providing Mandarin Chinese Language Programs, and literary books that focuses on introducing Asian culture, Asian living, and Asian cuisine in a exciting and meaningful way! And, all of this is implemented with the goal of bridging Chinese and Western cultures together in the fields of ART, Science, and Technology.
Mr. Terry has been an officer of several Fortune 500 and 1,000 companies and owner/CEO of many successful and award-wining businesses. His career began with Burger Chef Systems (Indianapolis) as director of marketing for the Sani Ser affiliate, then national sales manager for McQuay-Perfex, Minneapolis. He was vice president of marketing for WelBilt Corp., NY and then president of a multicompany group with Alco Standard Food-service. He was an executive of the Clorox Company, and then purchased Prince Castle as part of a venture capital group. He acquired controlling interest of the diversified manufacturer and international distributor and led Prince Castle to world-class performance levels and diversified further. He earned the Illinois Governor’s Award for Export Excellence, and his firm was honored with the US Department of Commerce President’s Export Excellence Award. He sold Prince Castle in 1998, continuing to lead firm until 2001. A member of numerous industry associations, he has served on several advisory boards. Mr. Terry was chair of the highly successful Campaign for UIndy and the board’s Strategic Planning Committee. He has been a University trustee since 1997.
